Hi,
The last 2 days I was by a customer from us and the HAAS dealer Arotec to show iMachining with InventorCAM2012.
We use the part from the EMO.
Material 16MnCr5 and 1.0577 (ST52)
Machine was a Spinner U-620 with Heidenhain Controller and a HAAS VFSS.
Milling tools - D12/10/6 with 4 flutes - Precitool and Mitsubishi tools.
On both Machines we work with iMachining Level 6 turbo.
Milling time was 5 min with iMachining and 20 min with normal 2D Jobs (75% saving).
In the future we will make more Workshops with this HAAS Dealer - he visit us next week on the Euromold
